Applies only when your application has not yet entered any internal review or processing stage. This typically covers situations such as duplicate payments, technical issues during submission, or cancellation requests received before any assessment or work has begun.
Each case is reviewed individually and an appropriate resolution is offered based on the specific circumstances.
- Government Fee: 100% refundable
- Processing Fee: 100% refundable
Work-in-Progress (Partial Refund)
Applies when your application is currently In Progress or awaiting your Action (e.g., correcting a photo or updating submitted data).
- Government Fee: 100% refundable
- Processing Fee: 25% refundable
This partial refund reflects the manual review and validation work already carried out on your application.
Under Government Review (No Refund)
Once your application has been forwarded to the relevant government authority — whether it is pending a decision, approved, or rejected — no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This applies even if your travel plans change, you decide not to travel, or any other personal reasons arise after submission. Our service covers the full review, preparation, and submission of your application. From the moment of submission, our service obligation is considered fulfilled.
All decisions made by immigration authorities are final and entirely outside our control.
